Challenge
The Sandu Babasan Podcast is about people who build, fail, succeed, and choose to share the road. It grew its audience on borrowed platforms. Every listen happened inside someone else's app, ranked by someone else's algorithm, next to someone else's ads.
The show had loyal listeners and no direct relationship with them. ANTONIM, the brand behind the podcast, wanted an owned home. One place for every episode and every guest, built to feel like the show instead of a generic feed.
Solution
We built a native mobile app for iOS and Android under the ANTONIM brand. The full episode library sits at the center, with featured episodes up front, search across the archive, and guest highlights that range from DJ sets to long interviews.
The design carries the show's identity end to end: a dark interface with the brand's yellow accents, built around listening rather than scrolling. Open the app and you are inside the podcast, not inside a platform.
What we built
- Native apps for iOS and Android
- Full episode library with in-app playback
- Featured episodes and guest highlights
- Search across episodes and guests
- A dark interface in the show's visual identity
- Releases on Google Play and the App Store
Outcome
The podcast now has a home it owns, live on both app stores. Listeners open Antonim instead of hunting through a feed, and the relationship with the audience belongs to the show. New episodes, new guests, and new formats all land in a place the brand controls.
