The contact form collects the data you choose to send us: your name, email address, company, message, and the timeline and budget options you select. The website itself sets no cookies and runs no analytics or tracking scripts.
Why we collect it
We use the data from the contact form for one purpose: to read and answer your enquiry. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in responding to messages you send us, and your consent expressed by submitting the form.
Who processes it
Form submissions are delivered to our inbox through Resend, an email delivery service acting as a data processor. Your data is not sold, shared, or used for marketing.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry emails for as long as needed to handle the conversation and any project that follows from it, and we delete them when they are no longer relevant.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you can ask us for access to your data, correction, deletion, or a copy of it, and you can object to our processing. Write to office@fastforward.dev and we will respond. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Romanian supervisory authority, ANSPDCP.
